Payments
MAKE YOUR RENT PAYMENT AT OUR RESIDENT CENTER:
If using RESIDENT CENTER for the first time:
- Check your email (and spam!) for an email from “donotreply@managebuilding.com” with your ID & instructions. Subject starts with “Welcome to your new Resident Center”
- If you can't find that email: select "Forgot Password" and it will send you a new password to use.
RENT PAYMENT
- Rent is due on the 1st day of the month.
- A late fee (5% of rent) will automatically be charged if not paid by the 5th.
PAYMENT CHOICES ARE:
- Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) - Free!
- Credit Card - 2.9% fee
- Cash - $3.99 / transaction. Take cash to your choice of retail locations and pay your rent. The fee is the same as a cashier's check.
IMPORTANT: The default setting is for a Credit Card. If you'd like to do a bank transfer (free!), select that from the "Select a Payment Method" drop down menu.
CASH PAYMENTS
- If you do not have a bank account or would prefer to pay Cash:
- You can make a payment with a "Paycode" at a "Pay Near Me" Retail store. There are many nearby locations available.
- If you are interested in this option, let us know and we’ll get you set up.
- Once you have received confirmation that we have you set up:
- Choose "Get Paycode" from the Payment tab. It will then request your phone number to text the barcode to.
- Take this barcode with your payment to the local retailer listed. You MUST have this barcode. You cannot make a deposit without it!
- Service Fee is $3.99 - the same as a Cashier's check.
